Where are the bins and recycling facilities?
Bin store is located in Queen Street car park, accessible through archways on Queen Street and Southampton Street. Double black doors have a lock with access code C1589Z.
General ware bins and mixed recycling facilities provided – collection day is Tuesday. Please ensure the door is shut and locked after each use.
Where is my electric meter?
- 5 Southampton Street – in a cupboard in the car park archway
- 7 & 9 Southampton Street – in a cupboard in communal stairwell
- 11 Southampton Street – in a cupboard in communal entrance
- 6A – F Queen Street – inside the property
- Flats 1 – 8, 4 Queen Street – in a cupboard in the communal entrance
- Flats 10 – 23, 4 Queen Street – currently inaccessible to tenants. Please email for meter read requests
Where is my water meter?

Are bills included?
Tenants are responsible for water, electric and council tax bills in addition to rent.
How much does parking cost?
A parking permit for Queen Street Car Park is £100 per month.

Can I book an apartment for the next academic year?
You can, subject to availability, accommodate bookings up to two months in advance of your move in date. If you wish to move later, please contact us to be added to waiting list.
What length is the tenancy?
Our standard tenancies are for 12 months. However, we can offer flexible terms upon request and subject to negotiation.
Are the apartments furnished or unfurnished?
All apartments are available furnished or unfurnished. Our furnished apartments come with a bed, wardrobe, bedside cabinet, sofa, coffee table and dining set.
